Guardsmen, during the harsh winter period, Command have decided that we need a helping hand. Command have chosen William Smit to help Command during these hard times.
I'm sure that you will all agree that this is well deserved, and hope you will join me in congratulating William on his promotion, I hope that you will help and support him in his new role.
