Task 1 - Produce a detailed report on the latest stage of the invasion
Having seen a slew of reports on Yew, I decided I would survey Skara Brae, a fellow Loyalist city. The night was quiet as I strode to the bank, plunked a few copper in the chest and--turned on a most disturbing scene:
Citizens running from shops in droves, blind in panic (yelling at the air or often me). Even after felling their attackers they refused to flee or clam down; not only that, but they, untrained peasants, fiercely fought the invading beasts, often tackling a huge earth elemental with bare fists!

Where Trinsic must contend with orc and Yew with Daemons, this city was harried by elementals of all kind--water, air, fire, and poison (but no acid). There were, like every city, human soldiers who wore dark plate or chain, some so strong they could toe-to-toe a newt.
Speaking of newts... My curiosity was piqued as well-equipped travelers and myself routed the enemy; I wondered to myself if this town would suffer one of the fabled Crimson Dragons--if it would show itself at the invasion's end.

The newt fought savagely and long, and it fell as the others did. In the end, I find Skara to be more dangerous than Trinsic and the invaders just as numerous as the Daemons in Yew. It's a deadly combination, for many Guards are overly confident with elementals, but when one encounters a street full of them, it is best to turn and regroup.
