Overview

In many of the battles of late, we’ve had too few juniors to use as fodder, who’s to blame for this? You! We’re killing them off quicker than we’re able to replenish them.
The answer?
We have two options really, we can either start getting our higher-ranking guards doing the job of the Trainees, or we can pull together and draw in the attention of more unsuspecting Trainees!

So your job is to travel the lands and spread the colours of our beloved Militia.

Rules

* There is no limit to the amount of times you can complete this task.
* You can earn a maximum of 100 Copper per time you complete this task.
* Every banner must be accompanied by at least one recruitment book.
* Recruitment books must contain at least two command members' ICQs.
* Pictures as evidence must be posted, along with description of the different locations.

Rewards

* A 2x2 banner (with one recruitment book) = 2 copper
* A 8x8 banner (with three recruitment books) = 5 copper
* Larger banners will be awarded on an individual basis

Part two of my Atlantic journey...

Placed eleven 8x8 banners around hot-spots, eventually nabbing a recruit named Lazerous from New Haven. He sounded interested in the prospect of the Militia and transferred shards. He has a busy day tomorrow and could show up no earlier than 10PM EST. I doubt any officer would be present to give him a badge after I test him.

Woke today still carryin' piles of milita coloured cloth and recruitment books so I sat fer a while thinkin' where would be a good place fer some banners.

Since we did all the moongates the night previous, it needed to be somewhere else. I knew that on the road leadin' west from that unholy city of Umbra, many citizens had built their own shops to sell their taintly wares at eyebrow raisin' prices, seemed a good a place as any.

Finaly, I recallled a popular place to the south of me 'ome in Skara Brae so I quickly ran a placed a banner there too.

I encountered a new resident in Yew a few days ago, and had a long chat with him to try and convince him to join the Militia. Sadly the man, who's name turned out to be Galen Mercer, was not interested in life as a guardsman, but was interested in trying to find work as a barkeep in Stonekeep.

This evening I came upon two lost souls wandering Stonekeep. Two brothers called Jacob and William. Upon speaking with them to determine their reason for being there they explained that they were new to the area, and was looking for work. After a brief explanation of the Militia they both agreed to enlist, and shortly after found themselves mostly armored up and with badges at the ready. I explained the basics to them, as best I know, but someone more experienced might wish to further illuminate them at some point.
