Good day Captain,

As for the plague spreading rather rapidly we should make sure that each citizen do their best in protecting themselves and others against it. I'd therefore like to advice there to be temporary law saying that everyone from Yew, travelling in Yew and Yewish people visiting other cities must wear facial protections of leather covering their mouth and noses. Some of the guardsmen have already begun using them. Obviously the Siegers wouldn't need it.

This might seem like a small adjustment, but it might save lives.

On your command I shall make sure that the crafters begin working on them so that all citizens and guardsmen can come to Stonekeep and be provided with them starting from tonight and onward.

Tonight myself and Footman Brian woodstone traveled west where it's assumed still to be healthy wildlife. We went as far as past the passage of Shame where we started to gather several hides from animals that deemed healthy. Including the Queens deer. I'm aware that they are off limits without a permit. However I assumed it was better if their hides came to use before getting infected.

Upon our return we stashed the leathers in the safehouse, then headed out to look for a tailor. To our luck we found one helping out with the barricade around Stonekeep by orders of Sir Fraser. Her name was Sa'hra Milan. We decided to help her out. Once the barricade was finished we headed back to the safe-house where she made 37 pieces of facial protection gear.

I've made sure to place posters around the city so that all citizens can come and pick one up at Stonekeep for themselves.
