We are currently in the process of accepting applications for a new Ironarm Lieutenant, guardsmen who are interested in the post should forward me their application and be prepared to answer a number of questions as part of our attempts to determine their suitability.
As an Ironarm Lieutenant you will be responsible for Ironarms from Trainee upwards, handling their promotional quests in accordance with Command protocol, assigning mentors to students and overseeing the all important integration of juniors into the core of the Militia.
Guardsmen of any rank or division are eligible to apply, however divisional guardsmen must be aware they will be expected to leave their division if their application is successful.
