You are to find whatever means you can to find and enlist more recruits to the Yewish militia or citizenry
A small report must be provided for our files.


Rules

30+ Silver to be awarded
Don’t just stick to bannering – the more innovative and effective your recruitment method, the more copper awarded. Immediate 100 Silver bonus for recruiting an individual. (See below.)
May be completed alone, or as part of a group.
For the 100 Silver bonus for gaining a recruit, evidence of you personally recruiting, testing and kitting the recruit out with appropiate gear must be shown. (A handful of screenshots of you first approaching the player, and the recruit fully kitted out, perhaps with one of the test also, along with a couple of sentance should suffice.)
Anyone who is approached by a recruit about joining will only gain 35 Silver for their efforts, providing they complete the testing and kitting out of the recruit and prove this in their small report.

I went to New haven this morning and set up a stall there was a few potential's passing by but they seem pre-occupied with other business.
After approx 20-30 minutes I left the stall standing with a few recruitment leaflet's hopefully some people passing by will read them and decide to sign up.

In the end I had spent well over 30 minutes in New Haven trying to find recruits, and while there were a few people interested that took pamphlets, there were none that were willing to commit and sign up on the spot.

I came into Stonekeep tonight to find a lost person interested in the Militia. I explained things to him, made sure he understood the important things about enlisting, tested him, had him swear the oath, and got him all suited up.

When I came to Stonekeep tonight I was asked to sort out a visitor who apparently had some interest in joining the Militia. The man, who's name is Alexander, was taken into the dorms where we had a bit of a chat. I explained the duties and responsibilities of the Militia and answered all of his questions. When he was certain that he wanted to join I gave him the oath, and finally went and got him equipped and ready for duty.

Another night, another recruit! I came to Stonekeep tonight to find a man looking lost, and when asked about it explaining that he was looking to enlist into the Militia. I spoke with the man, who's name is Liam Kirken, briefly in general first, answered any questions he had and helped explain things in general about life in the Militia. Once he was convinced that he wanted to join I had him swear the oath, got him all armed and armored, and eventually sorted with a badge.

This night I encountered someone that was about to settle in Yew. I handed him a recruitment poster to hand out to any relatives he knew that perhaps would be interested. Later on a man named Logan Drynn came to Stonekeep, explaining he had heard about us from his brother.

I made sure he was interviewed, kitted and witnessed him taking the oath of allegiance.

Another note is that he's aspiring to become a Waywatcher. So he'd most likely want to be approached by them.

Tonight I also spent most of my day recruiting in New Haven.

I managed to come across two potential recruits.

First up was recruit Iyami Takiero which was interested in joining the militia after being shown the recruitment poster.

Iyami Takiero passed the interview was kitted up with all the gears and took the oath infront of myself Sir Madsen and Trainee Drynn.

He's mentioned that he's interested in joining the Besieger division.

The next one was Normah Truearrow, a 42 year archer from Skara Brae which I also bumped into in New Haven. Normah passed the interview, although have been told to read up on the tome a bit more.

Afterward he was kitted with the right equipment, took the oath with me as witness and shown around Stonekeep.

Miss Irene joined the militia after both her husband and sons had fallen victim to the plague. I saw no reason not to let her fight against the plague, with such valid past.

She was interviewed and kitted out, later also recieved the badge from the captain.

Aspen Cox came to Stonekeep and asked to enlist with the militia. During the interview she mentioned that she had high ambitions to take on a leading role within the militia. Also seemed to have valid background to enlist. She was interviewed, kitted out and later got her badge and took the oath from the captain.
