By order of the Avatarian Church, the noble house known as 'House D'Gar' shall temporarily be relieved of their position as rulers of Yew in accordance with Yewish law that decrees upon the incapacitation of a ruling lord all rights and lands of a noble house are forfeit to the local retainers when an heir of sufficient birth cannot be found.
House D'Gar shall be allowed to keep their noble titles and some of their property and as such are still to be treated with respect, however they shall no longer rule over Yew or its people.
Until a suitable leader is found, the Guardsmen Militia will assume command and responsibility of Yew.
Neither female, nor Drow shall ever reign over Yew, even in the temporary absence of the Lord.
