Those of you who managed to persuade me to part with my money this evening can post here your terms for my investment in your business opportunity.

No lengthy descriptions of your proposal
I only need to know how much you'll be requiring in terms of investment and what I will be receiving in turn so the contracts can be drawn up.

Investment: 250 Copper down 50 Copper a month for 3 months
Return: 50% of all treasure found in maps for 2 years.

3000 copper to establish a high class brothel (100 copper per hour). Captain Dart will be entiled to 20% of all profits in return for his investment!

If I am in anyway dissatisfied then we will be renegotiating our deals.
