Parade drill.

Ran some basic parade orders by the men yesterday, the result was perhaps not as good as I would have hoped, but truthfully we rarely do have any parades anymore. However - the juniors need to learn a thing or two, apperantly, so I hope more people will follow my example here, incase we find ourself with a parade on our doorstep!
