With the Medal Ceremony looming, this week is the final week you have in which to impress and earn ribbons.
Whilst the other ribbons are based upon long term commitment or effort, the Recruitment Ribbon can be earned through a number of criteria. So, in order to boost our number of Trainees and to crack the 150 active member mark before Sunday, I will be offering a Recruitment Ribbon to the person who manages to gain the most recruits (not just people saying they're interested but actually on the stone and kitted out with uniform and a 'Trainee' badge) before Sunday night.
In the event that there are a number of people battling it out, there may be Recruitment Ribbons awarded for substantial effort even if you do not win.
If you have any questions, please forward them to myself.
Post any evidence you have of your recruited Trainee in this thread.
