View Full Version : From small to big roadblock
Today, when I`ve returned from our quest to the place called chaos, I decided to build a roadblock.
Armed with my hatched i went to the woods for the material which i could use to build it.
When i had enough logs, i started to make crates....damn! How hard it is! At first, i tried to make big crates, but all i could make were tons of spoiled wood.
Smaller were easier to make...
At first i made a small road block, but as soon as i was getting bored - I run off to get more logs and build some more, at the same time i got some leather to cover my crates.
Trainee Markus joined me at a later stage and together we made a rather big blockpost!
P.s At first, it was 1/3 of the roadblock on the scetch.

I seen there was an order for a roadblock at northend of Stone Keep. There for I made for the job. It was an easy job, but it took little time. I cut my own logs and made the panels for the wals by hand. It was worth it Knowing that it was for good reasons. As knowing of the trouble in the area. Then as I was finishing up a few fellow guardsmen was going out. to some party I think.
Mister A D'rem ask if I was accompany them. Sadly i refused and I stayed behind to keep eyes at Stone Keep. Someone needs to be here. The Captain told me that it was a nice road block. As they went their ways. Then as they went their ways Mister Nottingbury came along. Boy he was dressed funny, he looked funny the way he was dressed. Looked like he was joining the clowns division.
Well I know that the Stone Keep will be safe. With Mister Nottingbury and I protecting the Stone Keep. If nothing Else he will make someone laugh them selfs to death.

As i was looking at the post for my daily duties, i thought to myself ive done alot of dangerous partols outside of Stonekeep, so i said to myself lets do one closer to home and protect the citizen of Yew.
So i took the Roadblaock in a heatbeart.
I took to the forrest and my very trusted axe and took down a more then a few trees as i was thinking of a big and confusing roadblock.
As the wood piled up more and more, i stoped and choped the longs to count the boards i had.
*lets just say there was a few*
The next step was to get the saw and start making some roadblocking objects. Then started to place them in a random way to form a "Trainee Roadblock"
When i did finish the roadblock and took to my post and setting up the lights i had a fellow guardsman, think his name was Jakob, and lets just say he was not to please with what i help do to him a while back and made me suffer for it.
When he was ffinished with me i continued with my duty at the roadblock keeping Stonekeep safe.

As a few Trainees was carring out duities in Stonkeep we was attacked!!!
Lucky for us we had a few officers had hand to help as we was out our depth.
so after all this i decided to build a small roadblock and before i could finish i can across 2 citizens and got there taxes.
Also another had a claim that the taxes were to high!
so as im a prepard Trainee that i am, i had the Kings Law on me and showed this to him and had no worries paying the taxes.
The Same Citizen had a proplem as us Trainees encounted earlier, and this was reported to the Command and they acted right away.
