Guardsmen are hereby ordered to maintain continuous patrols of the area surrounding and within New Haven after yet another attack and kidnapping attempt was orchestrated by the Collegium.
If members of the Collegium are located within New Haven, you are authorised to not only apprehend but kill them in the event that they resist arrest.
