Well Terday Vesper decied to -Try- Invade yew. Coming by ship Onto the Beach north of Shame Pass. So we formed with The Knights Templar, Covian Scum and The county of Skara Brae to defend against these tyrants. When the entire army was formed we were numbering over 40! And everyone knows Vesper dont have enough manpower to fight that amount.

We marched to the Shame pass and soon discovered that they were coming onto a beach that i formerly named as fisher beach (Not sure if it had a name).

And they came, In numbers! But with well coordinated Attacks and commands issued from command then we were able to overcome the initial attack. But as always there is more o' the bastards. We fell back into the entrance of shame pass.

As we did so i thought it would be good for bottle-necking them into us.

But that wasnt their idea... They decided to conjure up walking water things and produce some sort of shining wall we couldnt push through.

We ended up falling back further and i must say this technique used by vesper had quite a genius behind it. Perhaps the bear hugger resigned? But anyway The Cap'n had us move to the northern farms and form into small untis for a tactifull attack.

It was this time when they attacked that i spotted a wytch that had felled me in a previous battle, So me and my comrades in ym unit went after him. And guess what?! He fell like a sack o' Tatties! Too easy if yer ask me. And i just had to doubt it didnt i? As i thought this along came Vespers allies With the crossbows. Bloody good shots they are. I fell from one in the shoulder. After re-grouping i failed to ask the Cap'n if we managed ter push back the invaders and so we moved back ter the keep. They received a good ol' kicking when they charged our farms.
Whilst some of our crops are now either a bit trampled or a bit toasty, the Vesperians are considerably worse off. Well Ah'm Looking forward ter a Ribbon Saying: Battle fer Fisher Beach.

Good report Sharpe but make no mistake; they received a good ol' kicking when they charged our farms.
Whilst some of our crops are now either a bit trampled or a bit toasty, the Vesperians are considerably worse off.
