Tver's Desk is the Yewish underworld's task board, however it may also be used to post any criminal/nonconformist reports.
Any reports read on Tver's Desk should be considered out of character knowledge for anyone not strictly involved in underworld activities.
Any person (both in and outside of the guild) with any shady or criminal inclinations may complete tasks on this board (this includes guardsmen) however they must be fully prepared to deal with the consequences if they are found to be aiding criminal activities in Yew.
Whilst many tasks may seem innocent enough, they are all generally illegal in some form or another.
Punishments for guardsmen will always be far more severe than those issued to your average citizens.
