This morning as I was standing watch in Stonekeep, just trying to chase the last bit of sleep from my body, one of the Knight Templars, who later introduced himself as Hebrind Kelter, showed up. As I greeted him he explained that he had just been the victim of an attack by armed robbers by the Yew Moongate. He had apparently been visiting New Haven where one of those who later turned out to be robbers had noticed him, and started stalking him. As he was returning home through the Yew Moongate the rest of their band fell upon him and quickly knocked him out, taking some of his things before running off. He explained them as being heavily armed and well trained, and clad in golden brown armor. Apparently the robbers had called themselves "The Pilgrims", and as they left him, thinking he was still unconscious, he had heard them mention returning home to something called Belfort.

I of course assured the Knight that the attack would be investigated, so as soon as he left I set off to the moongate in search of clues. Unfortunately though the mud around the moongate was all trampled up from all the travellers passing by, leaving no real evidence of the attack anymore.

Since the Moongate itself yielded no results I moved on to New Haven, looking for clues about the ringleader that had scouted their target there. However, whether they did not know or just did not want to tell, the people of New Haven seemed to know nothing about the man I was looking for.

As a last resort, as the other leads had yielded no real results, I moved on to ask around in Yew to see if anyone there might know what or where "Belfort" might be. People did not seem to have heard of it though, leading me to believe that the band of robbers might be based elsewhere, or that the Knight might've just gotten the name wrong.

All in all the investigation thus far yielded no solid clues, but it is still worth noting that there are armed robbers at large in the greater Yew area. Fellow guardsmen, keep your eyes and ears open!
