Apparently personal hygiene is off the agenda for many of the newer guardsmen, seemingly the idea of bathing is as abhorrent as the concepts of listening to orders or not acting like a complete arsehole.

As I can no longer stand the stink lurking in Stonekeep you are to build a bath in the garrison and encourage as many guardsmen as possible to bathe within it.
