Captain, just a small report to say that the 'peacekeeping' force has been set up in and around Minoc.
There is a big force at the minoc/vesper crossroads, which is where the new commander of the royal guard is stationed.
Also there is a second block on the bridge leading from Vesper to the mines at Minoc, around this block lots of mercenaries wander the forests too.
