Militia Command is actively seeking junior Guardsmen demonstrating initiative in leadership. Do you think you have what it takes to lead Yew’s finest? Then read on!
Who is this scheme for?
This scheme is mainly aimed at Trainees and Footmen who are aspiring to become an integral part of the Militia; it is also open to any Rookies who feel they still hold untapped potential. However, priority will be given to Trainees and Footmen.
What does this scheme involve?
This scheme will involve personal tutorship from both Sergeant Wilkes and Sergeant Vance. During this time you will be taught the finer points of leadership, and given the opportunity to demonstrate your potential in both practical and theoretical exercises.
What will I get from participating in this scheme?
The scheme aims to boost your key leadership skills and confidence in yourself, and will prove invaluable to your growth and progression through the Militia’s ranks.
Successful completion of the scheme will aid your chances of promotion by proving your capability in working with responsibility.
You will also gain copper from the events ran by yourselves, as well as a bonus prize for completing the scheme. Your experience will assist you throughout your career, and a good performance may even result in further opportunities.

· Event planning and event management lessons.
· How to deal with misbehaving guardsmen.
· A “What to do if-“ lesson
· All your questions answered with the experience of the Sergeants.
The Cadet Scheme is completely free and voluntary, and you may opt out of it once you’re involved.
