Objectives:
Teaching the Juniors the importance of Teamwork
Teaching the Juniors the Importance of Healing
Teaching the Juniors there strenght in Numbers
The Importance of Defensive Forts
Well with the hordes of fresh trainee's pouring into our rank's it would seem to give them a few lesson's in Healing, Teamwork, Strenght in numbers and the Importance of a Defensive Fort!
So splitting the group's into two I had Weatherlight take all the trainee's and later Footman Tereas to build a small fort and prepare to defend it while they were off on it the three Besiegers that had shown were briefed on what I required of them which was near enough "Trainee bashing" as Fraser put it but.. with a handicap of none of those fancy stop healing wounds.
So while the Weatherlight and his trainee detachment went about building there fort the Besieger's went for a few drinks upo at Arudin and fetched a few supplies. As usual some trainee's are useless when it comes to cutting tree and building forts so I gave them a quick hand few minutes later the Besieger's attacked. Trainee's showed good teamwork and healing though there blows just slid off the

Besieger's as they slowly mauled there way to victory. A good effort by the trainee's gave them another chance. So when the besieger's charged in Next time Smit ordered a Barage of flash bangs give the trainee's a bit of a scare as it was infact they seemed terrified enough to floor every sieger after awhile loosing only Tereas.
All in all they did very well and learn a few more things lining them up in the keep and having a quick summary test of what they'd learnt after that I gave them a few basic other's pointers and a nudge about how report's benfits us all, Same with Captains orders and task's.
With that I dismissed the Trainees .
